You wouldn't know it from looking at my blog, but the truth is that I'm a super slow runner. Really. I am just not fast at all. The only way I ever place in a race is when there are only a few people in my age division. Today I ran the 5K for the Juab County Fair and got my first Gold Medal. I took First Place...out of one! (hehehe) Here's the cool part though: I got my best time yet beating my previous time by three whole minutes. Now that was something to be excited about. Even though I am slow I totally love doing it. It makes me feel so good! And I've learned something: slow and steady does not win the race. However, slow and steady finishes the race, and in this life, I think that is really what matters.

Good job Tash!! Alright!! First out of 1 is amazing!! You are becoming quite the runner!
Wa hoo on the gold! I am glad you are so ambitious. And I have to just say one thing... remember when we had to run around the gym like 3 times every morning and even then we would cut corners???? I'm glad you got over it... you are motivating me to do some sort of physical activity!!!
I am seriously so impressed! Running hates me and so I totally envy people that can do it. Keep up the good work! :)
Good JOB!!! Jared always tells me "you are only in competition with yourself! Don't compare yourself to other people"..and that is so true! Congrats! K...I totally did the same thing in Mohey..(is that Tasha D. that said it above?!) Ran around the gym a few times and totally cut corners! HAHAHA!!!!! Keep up the good work! :)
Thats awesome!!! I wish I was that motivated to do something although I am trying. I hate running so you are awesome to compete.
Good Work! You should be so proud of yourself!
Way to go, that is awesome!!!!
Wow! Congratulations...first place! I wish that I could love running or exercise of any type for that matter. I just count chasing kids as my daily workout (not)!
